Family campfire & cooking

When: Wednesday 5th July, 10am-12pm

Where: Mirehouse, Cleator, CA28 9UD

What: Join us for a campfire and cooking session as part of our summer Freshwater Safari activities at Mirehouse Ponds

No experience is necessary and we will provide all the tools and materials.

Suitable for ages 5 to 11, children must be supervised at all times.

Places must be booked for ALL children and adults.

This event is free

Please ensure you wear clothing and footwear suitable for the weather and for an outdoor setting. Sturdy footwear is advised.

Safety

Safety statement - All events have been risk assessed, the risk assessment will be available from Mia at the event if you wish to see it. A safety briefing will be given at the start of the event. All events will be led by a WCRT staff member and in some cases an external. WCRT hold public liability insurance.

Your statement of participation - You, as the participant, understand that the activity can involve an element of risk of injury. You agree to take responsibility for your own actions and those for whom you have responsibility & will observe the safety instructions and guidance given by the WCRT staff. All bookings are made on the basis that participants will observe the safety instructions given by the WCRT staff member. Participants must agree to share any relevant information that will help the staff member to look after everyone’s safety.

GDPR statement - Please see Eventbrite’s GDPR statement. WCRT will keep your details for 1 week after the event to use for sending feedback forms to, all information provided will remain confidential.

Photo statement - we will take photos during the event, please lret us know if you don’t consent to photos being taken.
