◆ We are partnering with the Wichita Public Schools for a joint celebration during National Arts in Education Week. This special day will feature a show of K-12 student artwork from around the district, student musical performances, and artmaking opportunities hosted by area art teachers. Come celebrate the hard work of teachers and students, educators and learners!
◆ Additionally, Arts Partners will be joining us to lead artmaking and promote educational resources for educators. Arts Partners works to transform young lives and learning environments as an expert in arts integration, as they work towards their mission that “creative minds build stronger communities”

11:30 – 12 PM | Northwest High School
12 – 1 PM | Northwest Acapella in the Galleries
1 – 1:30 PM | Southwest Chamber Orchestra
1:30 – 2 PM | East Chamber Orchestra
2 – 2:30 PM | Northwest Chamber Orchestra
2:30 – 3 PM | East Jazz Band

Submission to the USD259 Student Art Gallery is coordinated by Wichita Public Schools. Entries are selected by participating teachers, and individual students should contact their teacher for participation details.
