Family & Systemic Constellations
Many blocks and negative repetitive patterns can be rooted in childhood, family, or ancestral patterns we unknowingly carry. This gathering invites you to heal and expand in community. Together, we’ll connect with the “Intelligent Field”. Participate in what can look like a theatre play, where people take on representations of family members, internal parts, feelings, and circumstances.
SHARING CIRCLE
Arrive gently, settle into the group, and connect heart-to-heart. Share intentions and be inspired by others’ authentic stories. This in itself can bring healing shifts.
ROOTS & ANCESTRAL CONNECTION
Through sound, song, and ancient practices, we honour our roots, invite support from our ancestors, create safety and deepen our sense of belonging.
ISSUE HOLDERS (People that bring an issue, theme or intention to be worked on as a group)
There is space for 3 Issue Holders. Others may represent a family member or a concept, bringing it to life like a theatre play in front of you—revealing fresh insights and opening paths to change, often through new perspectives. Even as a witness, you’ll receive valuable reflections. It's a powerful way of bringing feelings and unconscious patterns alive and to the surface, where they can be worked on in a safe environment.
🕊 CLOSING & INTEGRATION
We end with a group sharing, rest, journaling and a Gong Bath (if there's time) to help you process and ground the experience. A complimentary 15 minute call is included before, or after attending, for clarity, safety, integration and transformation.
JOIN A COMMUNITY OF ONGOING SUPPORT
After attending you will have a chance to join a community of other people that have attended healing workshops, classes and 1-1's with Maria, as a way of feeling held through what can sometimes be very deep healing experiences.

This is deep healing work, and can be experienced similar as a plant ceremony in the depths of it. Each Constellation can be experienced as the benefits you'd receive in a Private Healing Session.
THE FACILITATOR
Maria is a Mother, Mentor, Empowerment Coach, Trauma-informed Therapist, Body Worker, Sound & Energy Healer.
She has 16 years experience helping others privately and in groups, touching the lives of over a 1000 people and hosting 200+ classes, workshops and events.
She is qualified in Swedish Full Body Massage, Angelic Reiki, Life Coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) & Matrix Re-imprinting, Theta Healing, Sound Healing, Authentic Relating and Systemic Constellations/Ancestral Healing.
