Family & Systemic Constellation is a powerful process designed to uncover hidden family dynamics that may be influencing your life in ways you don’t even realize. Whether you’re facing repeating relationship challenges, self-sabotage, a sense of being stuck, or carrying burdens that don’t feel like your own, a constellation helps you see the bigger picture and discover new pathways forward. It goes beyond overthinking and gets straight to the heart of what needs to shift.

Family & Systemic Constellation is a deep process that helps you uncover hidden family patterns that may be at the root of challenges like repeating relationship issues, self-sabotage patterns, feeling stuck in life, or carrying burdens that don’t feel like your own.

You don’t have to be a client with your issue you want to resolve to participate - being a representative (sometimes called space-holder or stand-in) is a meaningful way to serve and support someone else’s journey. A representative steps into the constellation to stand in for a family member. Their role is simply to stay present, notice sensations, emotions, or movements that arise, and allow these to guide the unfolding of the constellation - without needing to act, perform, or analyze. No prior experience or training is needed.

As a representative, you may be surprised at how much clarity and insight you gain for your own life while simply stepping in to help another.
