AYA Fit is a boutique fitness studio in Point Loma Liberty Station. We offer yoga classes for kids and families! We offer a kids yoga class for ages 2-6 years, to practice yoga poses through fun and confidence building exercises! Kids focused on posture & technique, mindful awareness, and concentration & positivity. This is a great way for kids to develop skills/techniques to use in every day life!
