Family & Friends Weekend at Koinonia

Koinonia, get ready for Family & Friends Weekend, happening Friday, September 11 through Sunday, September 13! This year’s theme is Family Matters, and we are making room to celebrate the people we love while also recognizing that the real matters our families carry matter to God. Our families matter, our stories matter, and the people connected to us matter.
Join us Friday, September 11 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM for Family Game Night in the Main Building, a fun evening of games, connection, food, fellowship, and time together for the whole family. Then come back Saturday, September 12 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM for Family Fun Day outside on campus, filled with family activities, food trucks, community, and fun for all ages.
We’ll close the weekend on Sunday, September 13 during our Family & Friends Worship Encounters at 7:30 AM, 9:30 AM, and 12:30 PM with our Presentation of Families, our once-a-year time of family prayer where we present our families before the Lord, just like we see in Scripture (2 Chronicles 20:13). It will be a powerful time of worship, prayer, connection, and a reminder that every family matters and everybody matters to God.
