Introducing Families, Cubs, & CausesCommunity Pay it Forward Fundraising, Community Dare to Care, and the town of Ault bring you this first of it’s kind Family Day with multiple activities for the Cubs introducing them to the Community Cares Cub Club, and a chance to learn about and support local nonprofit and charitable causes, then ending the night with a movie in the park for a complete day of family activities. We will also be introducing our unique program for community support and donations using the Community Pay it Forward Fundraising Program. On August 14th at Liberty Park right in the middle of downtown Ault running from 11 until 9 PM.
Community Pay it Forward Fundraising has taken pride in coming up with ideas that are a little unusual and a lot of fun. We are looking to have fun and games, entertainment, and prizes and one of the largest silent auctions around.
We want local nonprofits and charitable organizations to join us and take this opportunity to inform families in the community about their mission and the good that they do for Colorado Families. We will partner with local businesses to sponsor these causes by purchasing packages that put these causes in position to raise awareness and money to continue supporting Colorado Communities. The causes will be donating prizes for a free drawing for everybody to have a chance to win prizes. Then they will have the option to collect donations for a silent auction and of course sell any swag and gear they may have. Each booth will also have a drop box on the table where you can drop off receipts from participating businesses. Each purchase from these companies will result in a donation to the cause you have chosen. We will also be supporting our great micro companies that are home based and do not always have the means to participate in events like this. Every cause will receive the money from their own donations and products and 80% of every receipt turned in. Local businesses will have the option to rent themselves a 10’ X 10’ spot, share this spot with the organization they support, or sponsor a 10’ X 10’ spot of their own
We will have fun games for the entire family. We will have craft tables for kids to help us create collection boxes for the upcoming holiday seasons. We will collect clothing for Community Dare to Care and introducing people to the Donation Dens Program. We are just getting started and will be announcing updates very frequently.
This is your chance to get your cause out in front of the community, educate and gain the support you need to continue.
