Our Midwestern University interprofessional healthcare team is offering a health fair to decrease your fall risk and keep you independent. Faculty and students will be providing informational materials, brief screenings, and resources designed to help enhance quality of life.
A variety of stations will be available for participants to receive healthcare information from the following specialties:
• Physical Therapy
• Optometry
• Family Medicine
• Pharmacy
• Behavioral Medicine
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Language Pathology

The Midwestern University Clinic in Illinois currently includes the Dental Institute, a Family Medicine Practice, the Speech Language Institute, the Physical Therapy Institute, and the Eye Institute.
