Join us for our Falls Prevention event, with practical information, guidance, and support in an accessible, welcoming setting.
Come and hear from our expert guest speaker, physiotherapist Raj from Therapies on Thames, who will be talking about falls and how these can be prevented. The session will explore the following:
✅ Role of Physiotherapy in mobility, balance, and falls prevention, including ways to stay safe and gentle exercises to help promote health and balance.
✅ Role of Occupational Therapy in daily living, routines, and adaptive strategies
