Cole Nakatani is a social entrepreneur, educator, and certified professional coach dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to create meaningful work and meaningful lives. Over the past decade, he has designed and facilitated transformative learning experiences for thousands of professionals and students around the world, focusing on resilience and building new habits.

Cole has coached individuals across diverse roles and organisations, from startup founders to senior leaders and social enterprises to public institutions. A common thread in his work is to build new capabilities within people so they can be more productive, deliberate and confident in the face of adversity and uncertainty.

Outside of work, Cole is passionate about exploring his edges—whether through meditation and breathwork, freediving deep into the ocean, or trail running through the forests with his flat feet.
