Our featured speaker is Shannon Reynolds, Founder and Chief Change Strategist of the Reynolds Agency. With over two decades of experience in finance, operations, consulting, entrepreneurship, and insurance, Shannon helps organizations turn big ideas into actionable change. Her expertise spans leadership alignment, digital transformation, and the nuts and bolts of building systems that last.
At this workshop, Shannon will share strategies for recruiting and engaging volunteers in today’s changing landscape, along with insights on effective leadership for event organizers.
The day will include an open forum where you will have the chance to discuss challenges, ask questions, and learn directly from other event producers across Oregon. After lunch, Jill Ingalls will look at current trends in festivals and events, including what is shifting, what is working, and what attendees are really looking for in the coming year.
