Special Guest Speaker: Anousha

Anousha was born and raised in Shiraz! Her passion for acting and the stage ignited at the age of 11, when she began taking classes. At the age of 15, she migrated to Tehran and studied at the School of Cinema. She directed films, worked in theater, performed in festivals, and was one of the youngest students of Master Samandarian. Her engagement in learning and work was quite extensive. By the end of my 17th year, she decided to immigrate abroad. She obtained a scholarship and went to England. In London, she attended a drama school, and then migrated to the United States to complete her studies. She moved between several cities in the U.S. until she finally settled in Los Angeles and established her own home there! At a time when everyone shares their joys and life's pleasures on social media, she experienced loneliness during my journey of migration, work, and life. She began to articulate a different perspective on life's challenges and my unwavering quest for peace. Over time, she paved a path for herself and others who found common ground with her journey. For nearly 10 years now, alongside her acting career, she has been actively engaged in personal development, spirituality, and mindfulness. She is the co-founder of Joy Culture an educational platform that teaches universal wisdom. She is the writer of the book “Bidari” the most sold book of Iran in 2022.

Toranj Kayvon is a dynamic force in the world of entertainment and the arts. As an accomplished actor, transformational coach, and co-founder of Joy Culture, she brings a unique blend of creativity, insight, and empathy to everything she does. Toranj is also an esteemed fashion and advertising photographer, whose lens has captured the essence of some of the world's most iconic stars. Her portfolio features stunning covers for renowned publications such as Rolling Stone and Forbes, as well as captivating editorials for Vogue. Her ability to tell a story through imagery has made her one of the most sought-after photographers in the industry. Toranj's creative vision extends beyond still photography into the dynamic world of film and television. Her work can be seen on major platforms like Amazon, Disney Plus, and Hulu, where her projects continue to captivate and inspire audiences worldwide.

Inspired by her experiences working with entrepreneurial giants and superstars, Toranj delved deep into the "inner game" of success and joy. Her own journey of overcoming challenges such as an eating disorder, OCD, and chronic suicidal ideation fueled her passion for personal growth and healing. Today, as a transformational coach, Toranj empowers high achievers and big dreamers to unlock their full potential and achieve true fulfillment. Through Joy Culture, she is dedicated to fostering a community where individuals can thrive both personally and professionally.

Ecstatic Dance: Shantel of Free by Shantel

A dance movement that started in her living room as a child turned into a full-fledged passion project 30 years later! Nothing makes Shantel happier than sharing her love and passion for dance with everyone. Shantel empowers you to use dance as a tool to heal, to celebrate, and to come together. She takes immense joy in empowering her community to be free of judgment and fear and allow themselves to live freely within their own bodies.

Soulful Sound Bath: Roxie

Roxie is an award-winning sound healer practitioner, an artist, and a radiant and skilled creator of elevated experiences. Guiding from a heart-centered approach, she takes participants on a journey where they can raise their vibration and embrace a sense of well-being. Her sessions weave in poetry by ancient Iranian poets and mystics Rumi and Hafez.

A trained artist, Roxie has a specialty in fusing sound healing sessions with events held in art and luxurious spaces. Whether it is a hotel with an iconic LA skyline view, a wellness resort, an immersive new gallery installation, or a curated rooftop event, her sound healing meditative “concerts” add a whole other dimension to guests' enjoyment.

She has also brought the healing art of sound to corporate and non-profit organizations, including Netflix, Soho House West Hollywood, NeueHouse, Meditation Mount in Ojai, Calif., Salesforce, Pacific Design Center, NeueHouse, Second Home coworking spaces, and Chief, a private membership for executive women leaders, among many others.

Recently Roxie Sound Healing was named "Best Sound Healing" in Angeleno's annual Best of List and LA Times’ “Most Beautiful Sound Baths for the Cultural Explorer.” Her transformative, joyful work has been featured in Real Simple Magazine (“31 Self-Care Rituals for a Great Year”), Hollywood Reporter as a "go-to" for sound baths, KCRW, Spectrum 1, The Zoe Report, Thrillist, California Home+Design, SoCal Pulse, Well + Good, among other top-tier outlets.

Rejuvenating Yoga: Kimia

One of the co-chairs of the IAW Foundation LA Rising Leader Board, Kimia is a Yoga Alliance Certified instructor with over 400 hours of training with renowned Master Yoga Teachers on the East Coast and the West Coast. She found heated power yoga at a time when it seemed impossible to get out of her head and into her body. The rigorous practice helped center her soul and find clarity in a time of confusion. Since then, Kimia has explored and trained in different yoga modalities, and is beyond excited to share this healing practice with her cherished IAW Foundation community.

Live Music and DJ: Mada Davis

Mada Davis is a talented artist renowned for serenading audiences with captivating soundscapes. With over a decade of experience, he skillfully blends genres to create immersive atmospheres that keep the crowd enchanted.
