Fall Wellness Journey 2024 - Woodlawn

Some days, achieving any level of peace can seem impossible. Many of us find ourselves overwhelmed, turning to unhealthy habits which usually leaves us feeling less than our best. But with support, community and tools, you too can find a little peace the natural way.

Queens Village invites you to join us on a 4 week personal wellness journey across the city in a safe and supportive environment led by Black women for Black women.

Together, you will learn skills and activities to improve your self-care through wellness talks and activities.

Each participant will receive wellness tools curated by Lilac & Indigo LLC to complete DIY projects that support their ongoing wellness journey.

Childcare and meals will be provided so that Queens can focus on their own wellness!

Neighborhood wellness journeys are open to all Black women.
