Join Ingenuity for our annual Fall Summit, where new and returning arts partner organizations and school representatives come together for an evening of connection-making!
The Fall Summit serves as a pivotal moment for arts partners organizations and CPS teachers and administrators to build connections, identify arts needs and interests within their schools, and explore programmatic possibilities.
✨All schools in attendance will be eligible to enter into a drawing for a chance to win a share of $25,000, dedicated to fostering arts partnerships and initiatives within their schools.
Dinner and drinks will be provided, making it a truly enjoyable and enriching experience for all attendees. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to network, collaborate, and elevate arts education in our schools!
Audience
Arts Partners, Arts Teachers, Arts Liaisons, Program Administrators, and Principals
Program Objectives
- Establish valuable connections with fellow attendees, including arts organizations, teachers, administrators, and arts advocates, to build a supportive network for collaboration.
- Explore potential collaboration opportunities with arts organizations and fellow educators to enhance arts education programs and initiatives within schools.
- Exchange insights, strategies, and success stories with peers to gain new perspectives and ideas for integrating arts education partnerships into school culture.
ARTS PARTNER TABLING INFORMATION
Arts Partners interested in tabling may request a tabling space when registering by selecting “Arts Partner Table.” Space is limited to about 60 arts organizations, so early registration is highly encouraged.
Confirmations will be sent on a rolling basis, but no later than Friday, September 4, 2026.Registering does not guarantee a tabling space. You must receive an official confirmation email to table at the event.
Please note:
- Eligibility: Only confirmed arts organizations will be assigned to a table to showcase their arts program offerings.
- Check-In Time: Tabling check-in begins at 3:00 PM (one hour prior to the event start).
- Late Arrival Policy: If you have not checked in within 15 minutes of the event start time (by 4:15 PM), your assigned table may be released and given to an organization on the waitlist.
- Assignments: Table assignments will be shared at check-in. Tables will be color-coded by arts discipline, and staff will be available to assist you find your location.
- Capacity: Each table includes up to 2 seats.
