Immerse yourself in healing sounds this Fall with Parisa at Healium Hot Yoga-West Allis on Sunday October 20th from 2:30-4:00 pm.Join us for an immersive sound bath & meditation to cleanse and energize the body, mind & spirit!
We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for a sound bath. Healing instruments will be played to guide you into a deep meditative and mindful state as you lie in savasana. This includes crystal bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes & more. We will close with a guided meditation!
We recommend you bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and dress in layers as the sound vibrations can cause changes in body temperature.
All levels are welcome.
