Spring isn’t the only time to start vegetable seeds! Join BMUF and learn how to set yourself up for a fall full of fresh produce. You’ll learn how seed starting in the summer (for fall produce) is different than spring transplant production, how to manage challenging weather conditions and planting schedules. We’ll also cover the basics of soil blocking, an innovative and sustainable way to grow healthy transplants with minimal plastic use!
This workshop will take place at the BMUF office and garage at 3320 Burt St. BMUF educator Aaron French will lead this workshop.
