Fall Season Opening

Two new exhibitions and a night of cumbia with Cumbiamba at the Frost Art Museum at FIU.

Explore , the first major U.S. solo exhibition dedicated to the Colombian artist’s distinctive visual language across painting, drawing, printmaking, assemblage, and her signature “magic boxes.” brings together seven artists with ties to South Florida, selected through a new intiative supported by the Green Family Foundation that highlights the region’s diverse artistic voices and creative practices.

The evening continues with a high-energy cumbia party featuring Miami-based ensemble Cumbiamba.
