This fall retreat will be the perfect opportunity to slow down and refocus your attention on self care and living in balance with nature and the seasons. Your retreat includes meals, yoga, sound bath, meditation, breathwork, and workshops on Ayurveda and self care.
On this 2 day retreat you'll be nourished inside and out, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other like minded individuals,and you’ll leave feeling more grounded and connected to self as we move through the fall season.

10:30am-11:30am: Introduction & Opening Circle
11:30am-12:30pm: Intro to Ayurveda
12:30pm-1:30pm Lunch
1:30pm-4:00pm Discover Your Dosha & Living in Balance
4:30pm-5:45pm Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
6:00pm Dinner at Manifest
Saturday:
9:00am-10:30am: AM Yoga & Breathwork
10:30am-11:30am: Meditation & Contemplation
11:30am-1:00pm Lunch & Free Time
1:00pm-2:45pm: Self Care Rituals for Fall
3:00pm-4:00pm: Breathwork & Mantra
4:15-5:15: Gentle Yoga & Yoga Nidra
5:15pm-6:00pm: Closing Circle
