Allowing Maureen to walk you through a guided meditation and a series of exercises using emotions as your color palate. This fun and artistic way will help you move into a closer connection with self awareness in building a stronger foundation as well as making personal connections with others.
*This month Theme is Fall Release & Renew - During this Fall season It is time to purge & release that which no longer serves you, allowing Gratitude of this season to fill our hearts.
During this Workshop ,all materials will be provided along with beverages, light snack, coffee, tea, water and libations.
