Meets Wednesdays at 6pm at Fleet Feet Blue Dome. 1-4 mile workout with drink stops. Pub Run training participants receive a special pub run training lifestyle blend t-shirt. Walkers are welcome to participate.
*Must be 21 years or older to participate - Be sure to bring your ID!
** There will be no workout the week of Oktoberfest (October 18th).
Weekly Drop In Fee -
If you can't commit to the entire training session you can drop in on a weekly basis. You will be asked to complete an online liability waiver and the weekly drop in fee is $15.00.
