Hey Ypsilanti friends and family! Don't forget that there is a FREE strength and balance class on the second Friday every month at the Ypsilanti Community Center on Clark Rd, compliments of ATI Physical Therapy Ypsilanti .
More than 1 out of every four people over age 65 falls each year, and 3 million older adults will go to the ER due to a fall. Did you know that many falls are completely preventable?!?
A licensed Physical Therapist will walk you through a fall-risk assessment, provide everyone with a home exercise program, and go through a 20 minute strength-training circuit that will help reduce fall risk. I hope to see some friendly faces on Friday!
