Fall Plant Walk

Join us as we search for fall colors and late bloomers and other interesting plants on this guided walk. Moderate intensity hike; participants must be able to walk over rocky, uneven ground.

Who is Invited: Open to ages 8 and over; minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. No pets please.

Registration, Fees, Day Pass & Cancellation: Registration is required for this hike. Hiking group size is limited. Sorry, no group registrations.

Registration opens on Saturday, two weeks prior to the event, and closes at noon, the Thursday before the event. Though the hike is free, to the Natural Area apply.

To ensure entrance and save time at the Fee Booth please pre-purchase and PRINT OUT a . SPECIAL NOTE: Reserving a Day Pass is NOT the same as making a program reservation.

When & Where to Meet: Arrive no later than 9:15AM. Meet at the Frontcountry Trailhead in parking lot C. Please be in place and ready to go no later than 9:15 am.

What to Wear & Bring: Dress for time spent outdoors. Comfortable shoes, bug spray and a hat are recommended. Bring at least one bottle of water per person and a snack.
