Fall Pasta Workshop at Satire Brewing Company

Join Chef Aarika at in Thornton for a hands-on pasta-making class inspired by the flavors of autumn.

First up is Pumpkin Ravioli, filled with cozy fall flavor and served with a rich Brown Butter Sage Sauce. Then you’ll switch up your pasta skills to create a Satire Beer Braised Lamb Tortellini, paired with a classic Marinara Sauce.

Along the way, Chef Aarika will share tips for working with fresh pasta dough, adding the right amount of filling, and creating those signature ravioli and tortellini shapes.

Come ready to cook, eat, and enjoy a relaxed evening at the brewery. No pasta-making experience is needed!
