Let’s dive into the wonderful world of Kinsuaga! Developed in the 80’s by Japanese artist Maeno Takashi. The name Kinsuaga roughly translates to silk picture. This fun art form was a way to upcycle old Kimono and repurpose it into wonderful works of art! In this class we will make a cute fun pumpkin picture using scraps of fabric and tucking them into a foam board. You’ll be able to take your picture home with you. I will have all the materials for you to use in class. All you have to do is bring your creativity and a friend and let's have fun!
Cancellation Policy: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place.
Your class is located at 5221 Highland Rd in Waterford at our new Creative Studio conveniently situated in a strip mall-style setting just across the courtyard from our new retail boutique — only a few short steps away! Guests will enjoy ample parking nearby including several handicap-accessible spaces and a handicap ramp for easy, comfortable access to the studio.
Be sure to leave yourself time to shop our unique boutique featuring over 6,000 beautifully handcrafted offerings created by talented local artists and makers. Trust us… you’ll be glad you did! We look forward to seeing you soon!
