Let your little one move, create, and connect in a day designed to nurture body, mind, and imagination. Our Fall Kids Camp blends yoga and mindful movement with art, play, and creative expression, helping children explore mindfulness, balance, and self-confidence in fun, age-appropriate ways.
Through play-based learning, we’ll stretch, paint, laugh, and move — encouraging curiosity, creativity, and emotional awareness. It’s a perfect opportunity for kids to recharge during the fall season, make new friends, and experience mindfulness in motion. 🍂
