Welcome back to the old members, and WELCOME to the new members, excited to meet y’all! 😁 (Week 1 schedule at the bottom of the event details; may have to hit “See More”)The park address is 5600 Eastern Avenue, Davenport. T-shirts will be available starting around 1:30pm. Try to arrive a little early this week, especially if you’re new, so we can go over the most important rules and discuss some of our “house rules”. If you haven’t played before; bring a water bottle and try to stretch your legs before we get going to avoid injury. Also, while it’ll feel around 40 degrees cooler than the final week of summer games, don’t be fooled! The UV index is still high in the afternoons, and you will burn (speaking from experience), so be sure to put on sunscreen. Extra water and sunscreen; and maybe some snacks; will be available if needed. Restrooms and drinking fountains are available in the middle of the park, and bleachers are available for spectators around both fields, but feel free to bring chairs to watch if you’d like to be more comfortable.
