This class will nurture your body’s inner balance, perfectly attuned to the introspective nature of the season. Gabriela Sanders (Kaiut method teacher) will guide you through a series of mindful movements aimed at unleashing your body’s innate wisdom and to restore its natural potential.
Sound Meditation: Immerse yourself in the enchanting frequencies of a live sound experience led by the sound explorer, Lee Horsman. In the gentle yet strong, sweeping embrace of resonant sound such as is offered by gongs, singing bowls, and spinning bell plates, we are drawn through deep inner listening toward stillness, reflection, and inner knowing.
