FALL INTO FOLK CONCERT with Erin Ash, Mary Pierce and Margi Gianquinto

Come and share in this wonderful monthly original music series featuring award winning songwriters Erin Ash Sullivan and Mary Pierce and Margi Gianquinto (sister duo). Erin Ash Sullivan is a Massachusetts-based singer-songwriter has been a regular performer At the River, who loves a good storytelling song. Drawing from the lives of others as well as her own experiences as a daughter, wife, mom, and artist, Erin's songs harness language in unexpected ways to reveal the world through others' eyes.

Erin's sophomore album, Signposts and Marks, came out July 2024 and reached #4 on the FAI Folk DJ Chart for that month. In 2023, she was a “Most Wanted” selection from the Grassy Hill Emerging Artist Showcase at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. An award-winning songwriter, she has been the winner of the Rose Garden Coffeehouse Performing Songwriter Competition, recipient of the Mark Erelli Judge's Choice Award in the New England Songwriting Competition, and a finalist in the Great American Song Contest and the Mid-Atlantic Song Contest. Mary Pierce is asinger and songwriter known for her original folk and Celtic music, with albums like (2011), (2012), and (2020). Her music, which has been compared to artists like Sarah McLachlan and Enya, is inspired by nature and the human spirit and incorporates instruments like acoustic guitar, violin, and bodhran. She is the recipient of the Portsmouth Maritime Folk Festival songwriters award and is soon to have a few songs featured in an American and Italian movie called "Il Bel Tenore" . Writing is a passion for her as is her quest to find new talent to debut in the At the River Series.
