This October, we invite you to a free Qigong event in the park. It will help you restore balance, release stress, and embrace the energy of the new season. Through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and simple postures, you’ll learn how to harmonize body and mind.

Qigong is a gentle yet powerful practice that blends movement, breath, and mindfulness to restore harmony within. Just as autumn invites us to let go and return to balance, Qigong helps release what no longer serves us and welcome new beginnings. This October, join us to experience the timeless benefits of this ancient practice and celebrate the season of change, grounding, and renewal.

In this free event, you will:

• Learn basic Qigong movements and postures
• Practice gentle breathing techniques to reduce stress and boost energy
• Explore how seasonal changes (especially fall) affect your energy
• Leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and centered

Schedule:

• 10 am to 12 pm - Qigong Activities
• 12 pm to 1 pm - Picnic (Bring Your Own)
