What Awaits You
Your evening begins with a decadent trio of Gourmet Deviled Eggs, featuring a variety of flavors: hot honey garlic shrimp, maple-glazed bacon, and classic. Each egg features gourmet touches and fresh herbs for the perfect bite.
Next, enjoy your choice of a fresh Spring Mix Salad with candied pecans, dried cranberries, baby greens, and Italian Vinaigrette, or a classic Caesar Salad with freshly shaved Parmesan and homemade croutons.
The star of the evening is Chef Carla's Lowcountry Gumbo- a soulful combination of turkey andouille sausage, tender chicken, Gulf shrimp, and sweet blue crab simmered with the Holy Trinity in a rich, tomato-based Creole sauce featuring okra. It is served with Jasmine Rice, buttery sweet cornbread, and creamy baked macaroni and cheese.
And because every memorable evening deserves a sweet ending, you'll choose between Warm Peach Cobbler or a Decadent Chocolate Brownie à la Mode, both served with French Vanilla Ice Cream.
