This September, four local powerhouses are teaming up to move, sweat, and sip for a cause close to home. umbra & sōl, Vanguard Athletic Performance, Power Yoga Canada Oshawa, and Town Brewery are joining forces to host an unforgettable day of community, connection, and giving back.Together, we invite you to FALL IN: Bikes · Bells · Bandhas · Beer Bash, a unique collaboration blending cycling, weightlifting, yoga, and locally crafted brews—all in support of Grandview Kids, a remarkable charity dedicated to helping children and youth live their best lives.
