Fall Hour of Sound Healing and Gong Bath, 11-Oct-25: Noon, 2:00pm, & 6:00pm

• 6:00PM - 7:15PM

Step into the FALL SEASON the best way by giving your MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT some relaxation and healing.

Be immersed for a FULL HOUR of healing from the beautiful and mesmerizing sounds of the crystal singing bowls and the vibration and sounds of the gong. Allow yourself to find peace and relaxation during this hour of sound. Allow your central nervous system to absorb the vibrations of the gong.

You will be lying down relaxing during the hour of sound, so it is highly encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc., or whatever you would like to lay on in order to be as comfortable as possible.

If you are unable to comfortably lie on the floor, we can have chairs available.

Shannon is a RYT-200 yoga instructor and has been teaching various forms of yoga for 10 years. She is also a certified Reiki Master and self taught sound healer.

Suzette Thompson is a certified sound healing practitioner and Reiki Master.
