About the ClassFall Pumpkin Carving, Roasting Seeds, Butternut Squash Soup and Garlic Toast. Participants will each receive a small pumpkin for carving. Instructor will guide participants to think outside the box, when carving a pumpkin. You will create something truly unique and inspiring. Participants will also learn how to roast pumpkin seeds with various seasonings, make a butternut squash soup from scratch with fall spices. As well as roasting a head of garlic to make delicious, crunchy, homemade garlic toast with store bought french baguettes. Participants will be able to take a cup of soup home with them and some garlic toast, so they should bring appropriate take out containers for both. Participants are also encouraged to bring any knives or tools from home to assist with pumpkin carving, like cerated knives from pumpkin carving kits (which work the best!) and large metal spoons for scooping out seeds. Instructor will provide all food and pumpkins for the class.
