Fusion Fest Fall 24 is coming!!!10.12-13.2024
Fusion Fest is an annual hybrid training combining:
Aikido the" Way of unifying with life energy"
Ju Jutsu the "Gentle Art"
Judo the "Gentle Way"
... bringing together these adjacent martial arts to explore the similarities, differences and beauty of their shared lineages and heritages. Each sessions will lead by seasoned/experienced instructor from the 3 disciplines/art showcasing core techniques and essential skillls.
Our carefully designed sessions combine theory and practicality to help practitioners understand the foundations of each discipline. In the process, you will gain insights to better utilize your own practice of choice in self defense, for fun, and competition.
Sessions designed to be fun and realistic, with time limits on demonstration / lectures with the emphasis on practice and repetition.
"Essence of the Art"
... offers an opportunity for instructors to demonstrate what is special about their particular art. Open mat time, sparring sessions, and masterminding on training and conditioning methods will round out the 2 day event.
Refreshments will be provide daily, but being a lunch if you like or need. Feel free to go Gi or without, and have on hand any support systems like braces, rash guards, or protective gear you desire. Dinner will be provided at the dojo at 630 PM on 10/12/24. (There will be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available.)

All levels are welcome and will take something away from this unique joint effort by your local Martial Arts leaders.
