Fall Fun on the Farm- Heartland Charter School

Please choose the FREE PAID WITH FUNDS ticket option to reserve any ticket that you would like to pay for with your student's planning amount. Once registration closes the teacher leading the field trip will reach out with instructions on how to place an order in Procurify.

We encourage families to turn in a sample that is linked to the field trip that they attended during their next learning period. It helps to ensure that we can continue to provide these trips and their educational value.

Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration.

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you. You may not send a different family in your place as we will not have a waiver for them.

May I pay using my student's planning amount? Yes! You can pay for your student's ticket and one chaperone ticket with your student's planning amount. You will need to choose the free Heartland Student ticket or the free Chaperone ticket option. (One chaperone ticket per family per field trip may be purchased with student planning amounts.) Once registration closes the teacher planning this field trip will reach out with instructions on how to place an order in Procurify. Funds will be deducted when your order is approved. Your spot on this field trip will not be confirmed until you have placed your order in Procurify when instructed to do so.

Whenever possible we will list the option of paying out of pocket for field trips by using a credit card through Eventbrite. Any additional adults and/or non-Heartland enrolled students will need to use this option when purchasing tickets. (Eventbrite charges a small fee in order to offer this service.)

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This field trip is for students TK -12 grade. However, this venue is open to the public so if you have younger children that want to pick you are welcome to pay out of pocket to the venue. Chaperones are free and will not be picking a pumpkin.

What are the check-in procedures? Please check in with Amborah at 10:15 a.m.

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is free.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? NA
