Fall Frequency: A Sound Healing Meditation for the Autumn Equinox

Autumn Equinox's symbolize change, transformation, and balance within ourselves. It is also a time of gratitude, healing, and reflection.

The intention behind this meditation will be to move your frequency into a more peaceful and rejuvenated statd, while entering a new way of being with the fall equinox.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will make you feel most comfortable while meditating. Comfy clothes are recommended, as well. Being as relaxed as possible will allow you to get the most benefit out of the meditation.

Meditation will start at 6, so please arrive within 15 minutes before hand to get settled in. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone there!
