A 5-week Beginner Series will run Wednesdays at 9 am through October (Oct. 16-Nov. 13). The classes include Foundation Training moves with fascial stretches mixed in; no prior experience required. In addition to basic concepts, each class will focus on a part of the body (10/16: Feet; 10/23: Hips; 10/30: Back; 11/6: Neck and Shoulders; 11/13: Entire Body). Following each class participants are provided handouts and videos for home moves as well as a mini session to continue on their own at the end of the series. Session cost is $60 (Venmo, cash, or check accepted). Please send a private message or email (if preferable) if you are interested in participating in this series or if you have questions about the classes. REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Sept. 25. Please check this page on Sept. 26 to confirm the series has not been cancelled due to low registration.
