A 5-week Beginner Series will run Wednesdays at 9 am through October (Oct. 2-30). The classes include Foundation Training moves with fascial stretches mixed in; no prior experience required. In addition to basic concepts, each class will focus on a part of the body (10/2: Feet; 10/9: Hips; 10/16: Back; 10/23: Neck and Shoulders; 10/30: Entire Body).
Following each class participants are provided handouts and videos for home moves as well as a mini session to continue on their own at the end of the series. Session cost is $60 (Venmo, cash, or check accepted).
