Stretching is time consuming! And after a run? Forget about it! Yet stretching and effective strength work is the best way to prevent injury in runners.
Living Well Balanced has been serving the upper west side for years! We have helped a variety of runners heal from injuries, increase their strength for the marathon and been the provider for all recovery needs after a long endurance run! In honor of the marathon's return this year, we are looking to give back to the community!
