Fall Foodie Fest 2025

You're invited to our Fall Foodie Fest on Sunday, October 12th! Join Shelter Academy of Light for an afternoon of delicious fall-themed food and meaningful fellowship, all in support of our mission to build a primary school in eastern Uganda. Proceeds from our Fall Foodie Fest will allow us to break ground and begin construction on Shelter Academy of Light, turning this years-long vision into reality.

Highlights of the event include a paddle raise, silent auction baskets, and a Ugandan marketplace! We also encourage you to take time and write a letter to a student in Uganda. This neighborhood gathering is a wonderful chance to enjoy seasonal eats, connect with your community, and learn how you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of children in rural Uganda.

Join us in celebrating autumn and embracing the spirit of charity and camaraderie. Each table includes 8 seats, so we encourage you to bring enough friends to fill your table and enjoy this event together. Ticket sales end October 1st - we look forward to seeing you there!
