Fall Foliage Kayak at Morgan's Cove

Leave the leaf-peeping traffic behind and escape in a kayak where you can experience the vivid colors of fall's foliage from the water. After a short paddling demonstration, our expert instructors will lead you on an interpretive tour as you paddle our stable, kayak or canoes. Our guides will share interesting facts about the area's history and surrounding wildlife. You'll also have the chance to see migrating waterfowl heading south, as well as possible fish feeding on the water's surface.

All necessary paddling equipment including Kayaks, paddle and life jackets will be provided by Shawn Malone of Scenic City Safari & Jerrod Jones of North Alabama Paddling Adventures.

What to Bring:

Weather- and activity-appropriate clothing (preferably synthetic*)

Water shoes or shoes you don't mind getting wet (closed-toe recommended)

One quart of water (no glass bottles)
