Fall Flow-for-All

join us at morris peaceland farms on Sunday, September 22 to welcome autumn with movement and community! try a variety of yoga, meditation, and grounding practices, and explore creative prompts and healing rituals to spark your inspiration. meet new people, set intentions for the season ahead, and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the farm.

the movement programs vary in intensity, and a variety of modification options will be offered. yogis of all experience levels are encouraged to attend. please bring a mat, water bottle, and any additional props you like for yoga.

suggested donation is $25 but please, pay-what-u-can! proceeds from this event will benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. donations can be made through venmo, paypal, or cash. send me a message if you have any questions!
