Join Unite Fitness for a FUN all levels interval workout Sunday mornings, September 7 - October 5th from 930 - 1030AM at The Golden Mill in Golden.

Workout is appropriate for everyone! Workouts will vary every week and use resistance bands, gliders, medicine balls, kettlebells, bodyweight, and empty kegs!

Your instructor will guide you every step of the way and will be there to provide modifications.
