48th Annual Fall Festival Returns to Downtown Asheboro in 2023You spoke and we listened! While the Fall Festival has historically been held over two days, this year, based on the responses and feedback of vendors, attendees and community members, the Fall Festival will be a one day event. The Randolph Arts Guild Board of Directors is excited to announce the 48th Annual Fall Festival to be held the first Saturday in October 2023. The Guild and Historic Downtown Asheboro will welcome vendors, artists, musicians, artisans, and festival goers on Saturday, October 7th from 9am - 6pm.
The Festival will continue to be a fun filled event with creative and unique craft vendors, non profits, crave worthy foods and much, MORE! Plans are on course for a safe and successful event. We will remain in compliance with the recommendations of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services for guidance in all safety measures.
The inaugural Fall Festival was held in 1972, included just over 30 vendors, and was located solely on Sunset Avenue in Downtown Asheboro. The Randolph Arts Guild has continued to build upon this celebration and is pleased to announce that our 48th Annual Fall Festival will encompass over 150 vendors spanning the historic streets of Downtown Asheboro. Vendors will showcase their handcrafted goods, delicious food, local businesses, and non-profit information. Our festival attracts many visitors annually, consistently engaging a multitude of artists, artisans, and businesses from within and around Randolph County. Some of the artistic genres represented include craft, and live art demonstrations – just to name a few!
