As the air turns crisp and leaves begin to fall, few things bring more comfort than a warm bowl of chili. In this hands-on class, Chef Maybel and the cooking school team will guide you through three hearty versions of this cold-weather classic, each offering its own rich flavors and personality.
We’ll begin with Chef Maybel’s signature homemade chili, then dive into a bold, meaty chili con carne, followed by a creamy and comforting white chili. As those stews are stewing, you’ll also learn to bake soft, golden dinner rolls from scratch, along with a flavorful compound butter to serve on the side.
By the end of class, you’ll head home with full bellies, cozy inspiration, and the confidence to recreate these fall favorites any time the temperature drops.
