About this Event
This event is for Heartland Charter School students and their families.
Join us for an evening of fun at the Fall Family Costume Dance. Attendees may dress as their favorite historical or storybook characters. No masks or scary costumes are permitted. Students' costumes are expected to be neat, clean, and MODEST. Student attire should not interfere with the orderly process of learning or cause distractions. Appropriate school dress is the responsibility of each student and parental support is appreciated.
We encourage families to turn in a sample that is linked to the field trip that you attended during your next learning period. It helps to ensure that we can continue to provide these trips and their educational value.
Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration.
**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**
Please read our refund policy!
Refunds will not be given. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you. You may not send a different family in your place as we will not have a waiver for them.
May I pay using my funds? This event is free but each student attending must have a ticket and all students need a chaperone.
Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All ages are welcome.
What are the check-in procedures? Check-in at table inside front door.
Is there on-site parking available? Parking lot next to Social Hall. Parking is free.
Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? No food or drink allowed.
Please do not bring food that contains peanuts to any Heartland event.
*Heartland does not provide transportation for any of our field trips/events.
