Registration opens
1:30 PM
Golf – Shotgun Start
6:30 PM
Cocktails – Patio 37 (restaurant in the clubhouse) is open for golfers as they come off to start with cocktails
followed by
7:00 PM
Dinner* including 1 drink (beer, wine, or well spirit)
Register early (by August 31) to receive the early bird discount rate on the golf and to help us to secure a shotgun start. Pricing will go up after August 31. This year we will be playing a Scramble format (i.e. team format, everyone plays from the best shot after the tee shot) and there will be team prizes.
Housekeeping:
This is a MIXED tournament.
Please register as a pair. Ideally two men and two women per group, but not required.
If you do not have a pair you can register as a single and you will be paired up.
To ensure your are paired with your desired group it is suggested you register as a foursome.
Golden Eagle Golf Course and Patio 37 have once again stepped up as a great community partners to offer us an exceptional price.
Pricing includes: Green fees, Power cart rental, meal with drink and all taxes and gratuities.
**Due to event numbers being confirmed with the golf course in advance there are NO REFUNDS; however you can transfer your spot to another person.**
