Linking physical and social definitions of movement, Movements Toward Freedom examines how the articulation of our bodies, collectively and singularly, informs and shapes a vital society.

About the Curator

Leilani Lynch is Associate Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver, joining the team in 2022. She recently organized exhibitions with Gala Porras-Kim, Steven Yazzie, Ken Gun Min, and Anna Tsouhlarakis. Prior to joining MCA Denver, Leilani held several curatorial positions at The Bass in Miami Beach. There, she curated solo and group exhibitions with noted contemporary artists. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MAS in Curating from Zurich University of the Arts.
