Many of us have wished to stay in Shavasana for an entire yoga class. We invite you to do just that!Our busy minds yearn for rest, and Yoga Nidra offers just that! With the use of props, you can find stillness and embrace this restorative practice. Begin with a guided verbal relaxation, then gradually immerse yourself in soothing vibrational sounds from chimes, crystal bowls, and the Buffalo Drum, guiding you into a state of blissful relaxation and ending with a gentle guided awakening.
