We’ll gather in the beautiful covered pavilion to honor the balance of day and night, move through grounding poses, and embrace autumn’s arrival. This class will be gentle, centering, and open to all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and dress comfortably—fall’s crisp energy awaits us! Beginners welcome!
